Scott Paul Carson (born 3 September 1985) is an English professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. He exchanged Derby County on loan for Manchester City in August 2019. He previously played for Liverpool, Charlton Athletic and West Bromwich Albion, among others.

Carson played four caps for the England national team between 2007 and 2011. He was part of the squad for the 2006 World Cup, where he acted as third goalkeeper behind Paul Robinson and David James. Both Carson and James did not play that tournament.
