Under the leadership of head coach Erwin van der Woerdt, RBC enjoyed a strong season in the 4th division. Striker Mike Alderson became the club's top scorer. The club successfully qualified for the promotion play-offs to the 3rd division. However, the season ended in a dramatic elimination against RCS. After an impressive 2-4 away victory in Oost-Souburg, the home match seemed a formality. RBC took a 1-0 lead in the return leg through Alderson, but completely squandered the game and lost 1-4 after extra time, preventing promotion.
The following season, Martijn van Galen started as coach, but he was replaced by Danny Mathijssen just before the end of the season. Newcomer Kevin van Andel immediately became the club's top scorer with 31 goals. Just like the previous year, RBC caught the eye for the play-offs. However, in the decisive rounds, VV Bavel proved too strong over two matches (1-0 loss away, 1-1 draw at home). For the second consecutive year, the team fell short just before the promotion line.
In the third year, the continuity under coach Danny Mathijssen paid off. RBC dominated the Sunday 4th Class B. The coveted title was secured definitively after a convincing 4-0 victory over HSC'28. With this first place finish, the club definitively said goodbye to the 4th Class and achieved direct promotion to the 3rd Class.
