ONA Football Club (Ontspanning Na Arbeid, Relaxation After Work) is a Dutch football club from Gouda, founded on 15 August 1919. The club plays in a shirt consisting of red and black vertical stripes, similar to the shirts of AC Milan. The first team plays in the Eerste Divisie Sunday (2020/21).
ONA played in the Tweede Divisie from 1955 to 1960, but failed to make a name for itself in semi-professional football. In 1960, the club returned to the amateur league.
The club is the official amateur partner of Feyenoord Football Club.
ONA's most prominent former player is Dick van Dijk, who won the European Cup twice with Ajax. After his death in 1997, ONA played a charity match against Ajax in 1971.
Other well-known former players include Harry van der Laan, Tonny van Leeuwen, and Marcel van der Sloot.
