Baronie Football Club is an amateur football club from the Dutch city of Breda (province of North Brabant). From 1955 to 1971 the club played in professional football.

The club was founded on June 4, 1926 under the name Vitesse Ginneken. When joining the competition in 1927, the name was changed to VV Mastbosch. When the company merged with Bredania-'t Zesde in 1929, the name Baronie was chosen. In 1941 a merger with De Nederlandsche Leeuw followed and the name became Baronie-DNL, which was used until 1949. Home base is De Blauwe Kei Sports Park.
