Leonel Miguel(born 24 March 2001 in The Hague) is a Dutch-Angolan footballer who usually plays as a defender. He transferred from Sporting de Gijón to TOP Oss in 2024.

He made his professional debut on 16 May 2021 for Groningen's first team in the Eredivisie, against PEC Zwolle (0-1). He started in the first team and was substituted after 83 minutes for Bjorn Meijer. This was his only match for FC Groningen.

In mid-2021, Miguel transferred to FC Emmen. He made his debut in the first round against Telstar (1-1). Miguel played the full match in the first five matches, but only played seven matches and spent the rest of the season on the bench.

In mid-2022, Miguel transferred to Sporting de Gijón, where he played primarily for the second team in the Tercera Federación. He played for the first team twice in La Liga 2. He made his debut on April 8, 2023, against UD Ibiza (3-1). A few weeks later, he played again against SD Ponferradina (1-4). Miguel played for the B-team in the fight for promotion to the Segunda Federación, but lost to L'Entregu CF in two matches. Miguel played in the first leg (0-0).

After two years in Spain, Miguel returned to the Netherlands with TOP Oss. He made his debut against Excelsior Rotterdam in the first round (3-1), coming on as an 81st-minute substitute for Mart Remans. Miguel quickly developed into a regular starter.
