Original vintage Matchworn football shirt Bayern Munich 2004/05

An exceptionally rare piece of FC Bayern Munich history — the last Bundesliga matchworn shirt ever worn by Alexander Zickler.

This is the official 2004/2005 Bayern Munich home shirt, worn by Alexander Zickler (#21) during his final appearance for the club on 21 January 2005, in the Bundesliga match against Hamburger SV (0–3) at the Olympiastadion. Zickler entered the match in the 81st minute, replacing Mehmet Scholl — marking the end of a decade-long Bayern career. (1995-2005)

What makes this shirt truly extraordinary is its unique place in Zickler’s career timeline. Due to multiple shin and thigh fractures before and after this match, this was the only Bundesliga game he played in the entire 2004/2005 season. It was not intended to be his farewell, yet it became the final chapter of his Bayern journey before his transfer to RB Salzburg in the summer of 2005.

Shortly after his departure, Philipp Lahm inherited the iconic number 21, adding even more historical weight to this shirt.
