During the 2023/24 season, Parma Calcio 1913 enjoyed a highly successful, record-breaking campaign in Serie B, ultimately winning the league title and securing direct promotion back to Serie A after a three-year absence. Managed by Fabio Pecchia, Parma adopted an inclusive team philosophy ("everyone in" / "tutti dentro") and remained at the top of the table for most of the season. They officially secured their promotion on May 1, 2024.
