Manchester City finished the 2003/04 Premier League season in 16th place in their first season at the new City of Manchester Stadium, securing survival towards the end of the campaign.

The 2003/04 season was Manchester City's 102nd competitive season and seventh in the Premier League. Managed by Kevin Keegan, the team had a difficult campaign, at one point winning only one out of 18 league and cup matches, which led to a battle against relegation.
