A large selection of football shirts from Bayern Munich

FC Bayern Munich is a German football club from Munich, playing in the Bundesliga and founded in 1900. The home base was the Olympiastadion until the summer of 2005, but was exchanged for the Allianz Arena.

Bayern is the best known and most successful club in Germany and belongs to the European and world top. FC Bayern was one of the few European top clubs to win all three UEFA main competitions (European Cup I / UEFA Champions League, European Cup II and UEFA Cup / UEFA Europa League) together with Manchester United, Ajax, Juventus and Chelsea . It is striking that the rise of this association, until circa 1965 smaller than city-mate TSV 1860 Munich, coincided with the rise of Franz Beckenbauer.
