Miami Marlins (formerly Florida Marlins) is an American baseball club based in Miami, Florida. The club was founded in 1993.

The Marlins play their games in Major League Baseball. They play in the Eastern Division of the National League. The Marlins' stadium is called Marlins Park. They have won the World Series twice: in 1997 and 2003.

In 1996 and 1997, Dutch batter and infielder Ralph Milliard played for the club. From 2007 to 2010, Dutch pitcher Rick van den Hurk played for the Marlins.

In 2012, the team's name was changed to Miami Marlins as the city contributes to the new stadium.
