Original Puma Matchworn Football Shirt Feyenoord Rotterdam 2013/14

John Goossens(born 25 July 1988) is a former Dutch professional footballer who primarily played as a defensive midfielder, although he also played in several midfield positions and even as a left winger. Since retiring from football in 2022, he has worked as a financial advisor for professional footballers.

He began his career in 2009 at NEC in the Eredivisie, after transferring from Ajax's renowned youth academy, before moving to Feyenoord in 2012, where he played for two seasons. After leaving the club in 2014, he spent four years playing abroad for Indian club Pune City, Romanian club Voluntari, and Chicago Fire in Major League Soccer. In 2018, he returned to the Netherlands and finished his career at ADO Den Haag.

At international level, Goossens also represented the Netherlands at the U17 and U21 levels. At the 2005 U17 World Cup, he scored twice and finished third in the tournament.
