Astana is a Kazakh cycling team financed by several Kazakh state-owned companies and named after the capital of the former Soviet Republic. Astana is one of eighteen teams participating in the UCI World Tour. The team had its own training team from 2012 to 2014, the Continental Team Astana.

Astana was sponsored by the American insurance company Liberty Mutual and the German parts factory Würth until the end of May 2006, and raced under Spanish license as Liberty Seguros-Würth. The team has existed since 2004 and is the successor of the ONCE team. Until June 2006, team leader was Manolo Saiz, who was assisted by former riders Herminio Díaz Zabala, Marino Lejarreta, Juan Gonzalez and Alberto Leanizbarrutia. He was succeeded by Walter Godefroot, the former sports director of T-Mobile.
